Check In & Check Out

Step One

On the morning of your arrival you'll receive a personal 6 digit code by WhatsApp. This code is for the white pedestrian gate. Enter your code followed by # to unlock, for example 123456#.

Step Two

Once inside the gate, you'll find a lock on the glass door. Enter the code 363636# to unlock, the lock will engage and you twist lock clockwise to unlock glass door.

Step Three

Inside, on the glass table to your left, you'll find four remotes for your stay. See the Remote Guide for what each button does.

To open the garages from inside the house, use the sensors next to the door, or the keypad, code 191919#. To access the garages from the street, use the remote controls.

Check Out, 10:00 AM

Ensure all windows and doors are closed securely, and switch off all utilities.

Leave all remotes on the glass table.

Twist lock anticlockwise to lock front door. Use pin 363636# to engage lock.

Make sure the pedestrian gate and garages are closed.
